i got this recipie from a good friend who got it from her sister. anyway, it's good stuff! here in New Mexico we call it Queso

Ingredients For melissa's mexcian dip

large jarchipotle salsa

4 pkgcream cheese

28 ozcan of chili with beans

small canchili beans

2 lbground sausage (hot or mild)

dashgarlic powder
How To Make melissa's mexcian dip

1brown the sausage, drain off the fat.

2either add all the ingredients to the crock pot and give it a couple of hours to melt the cheese, OR

3put everything in a pot, cook until melty and bubbly, then transfer to crockpot to keep warm.
