Ingredients For mediterranean dip

1/2 cblack olives, sliced

1/4 cpine nuts

1/4 csun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained & finely chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 cfresh basil, chopped

1 mdtube goat cheese
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 tspfresh cracked black pepper

baguette slices
How To Make mediterranean dip

1Toast pine nuts in a non-stick pan over low heat. Watch the pan carefully as the pine nuts burn easily. This should only take a minute or two.

2In a bowl, combine olives, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil. Add the goat cheese, mixing slightly. Don't over-mix. Pour olive oil over top and then add cracked black pepper.

3Serve with baguette slices.
