If you like Tomato and Mozzarella. Here is an easy low fat recipe to enjoy.Cutting my calories until the big Thanksgiving feast next week. This recipe has been tweaked from it's original version.

Ingredients For low fat tomato mozzarella flat bread pizza

4 Tbspof container of your favorite pesto - i use buitoni

4flat breads about 6-7 inches round

2tomatoes sliced thin

2 Tbspbasil
-
1/2 cmozzarella cheese shredded

1 dashpine nuts if desired

1 tspitalian seasoning

1 clovegarlic grated and cooked in fry pan.

1/2 tspextra virgin olive oil

1 bunchfresh basil for garnish

1heat oven to 400 degree's Spread a layer of pesto on flat breads( about 1 Tablespoon on each.Fry the garlic for 30 seconds in the olive oil. Sprinkle over pesto.

2Top with tomatoes,basil,and Italian seasoning.Sprinkle Mozzarella on top with pine nuts.Top with a little fresh basil leaves. Bake in oven for 10 minutes,or until cheese is hot and melted.
