For years, I kept burning the garlic bread. Until one day I came up with this no-fail timed recipe that took the guesswork out of all that. Perfect bread every time! And... if you are lucky enough to have leftovers, you can reheat them wrapped in foil at 350 degrees.

    loaf of Italian bread
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3-4 clove
    garlic, small cloves
  • 1/4 c
    Parmesan cheese
  • 2 - 3 dash
    Italian seasoning
  • 2 - 3 dash
    paprika

If your loaf of bread is big, we suggest doubling the butter mixture. We did.
  • Loaf of bread cut in half.

    Slice Italian bread lengthwise.
  • Spreading softened butter in a bowl.

    Soften butter in a small bowl to a spreadable consistency.
  • Mincing garlic.

    Peel and mince garlic.
  • Mixing Parmesan and garlic with butter.

    Add minced garlic and Parmesan cheese to the butter mixture.
  • Spreading butter on the bread.

    Spread half on each slice of bread.
  • Sprinkling seasoning on the bread.

    Sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Baking bread in the oven.

    Place face up on a foil-covered baking sheet. Bake at 350 for ten minutes.
