How To Make jo's puff pastry wrapped italian wonder
-
1Preheat oven 400 Lay out one puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 squares. Take one mozzarella ball and wrap one slice of roasted pepper around it then wrap one slice of prosciutto around the roasted pepper. Now put that ball in the center of the puff pastry square. With your finger dipped in water, wet the edges of the pastry, now gather up the pastry around the mozzarella ball twist and pinch to seal. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. I prefer to use parchment paper on my cookie sheet. Make sure the pastry is completely sealed.

2Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden.
