This is I think one of my most requested dishes that people ask me to bring.... For some reason it is always, always a big hit :) It is delicious and addictive....

Ingredients For joelle's cheeseball

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese (8 oz) i use light
  • 1/3 c
    green olives, chopped
  • 3
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pkg
    chipped beef or corned beef (i use carl buddig)
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp
    worchester sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic & onion powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    green olive juice
  • crackers of your choice

How To Make joelle's cheeseball

  • 1
    Soften cream cheese. Thinly slice and chop meat. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Shape into a ball and place on serving plate.

    Cover with wrap and place in fridge letting it for 3-4 hours. Serve with crackers.
