OMG - these are so good... a bit of sweet a bit of spicy...neither too much. Bet ya can't eat just one!!! I have a friend who makes these for our bowling Xmas party. There are never any left!! Part of that prep time is for the time they have to sit in the fridge! The hardest part is finding the jalapenos...can order online at www.peppertraders.com or texasfood.com. I also found them at a local hunting store. Just google it! Or if you are into canning do it yourself.

Ingredients For jalapeno roll-ups

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 can
    pineapple, crushed drained (small can)
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 2 oz
    pickled bread & butter jalapenos
  • 1 pkg
    tortillas, flour (small size)

How To Make jalapeno roll-ups

  • 1
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Spread on a small flour tortilla. Roll up tight. Put in the fridge for an hour then cut into serving sizes.
