I love jalapeno poppers but find them somewhat messy. I came up with these quick, easy bite-size snacks for a work potluck. Now my coworkers ask for them all the time.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Super easy to throw together, these jalapeno popper roll-ups are a great appetizer for football season. The buttery crescent roll dough holds inside a cream cheese filling made with jalapenos, bits of bacon, finely diced onion, and Parmesan cheese. It's slightly salty and smoky. These will definitely be a hit at your next party.
