Ingredients For jalapeno cheese fudge

  • 1 lb
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    monteray jack cheese
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    pickled jalapeno whole or chopped

How To Make jalapeno cheese fudge

    Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F
  • 2
    Grate cheese and mix together or grate in pan. Spread evenly on a square 8x8 or 9x9 cake pan or cookie sheet. (not greased).

    Chop or keep jalapenos whole, then scatter jalapenos over cheeses.

    Mix eggs, flour and evaporated milk with a fork.

    Pour over cheese and jalapeno Mixture.

    Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Cut in squares when cool. Serve with club crackers or any crackers of your choice or vegetables.
