Ingredients For italian cheese balls

1 smwhole milk ricotta cheese

1/2 pkgshredded mozzarella
-
1/2 cgrated cheese
-
2 cflour
-
2 cseasoned panko ( japanese) bread crumbs

3eggs
-
1 cmilk
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
4 coil (whichever you prefer)
How To Make italian cheese balls

1Mix ricotta, mozzarella, grated cheese, salt, and pepper in bowl.

2Mix together eggs and milk.

3In medium size pot heat oil to 350 degreese.

4Make small 2 inch balls with cheese mixture.

5Roll in flour then egg mixture then breadcrumbs.
