Ingredients For italian cheese balls

  • 1 sm
    whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 pkg
    shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 c
    grated cheese
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    seasoned panko ( japanese) bread crumbs
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 c
    oil (whichever you prefer)

How To Make italian cheese balls

  • 1
    Mix ricotta, mozzarella, grated cheese, salt, and pepper in bowl.

    Mix together eggs and milk.
  • 3
    In medium size pot heat oil to 350 degreese.
  • 4
    Make small 2 inch balls with cheese mixture.
  • 5
    Roll in flour then egg mixture then breadcrumbs.
