Ingredients For i love cheese cheese ball

8 ozsharp cheddar cheese (softened)

16 ozcream cheese (softened)

2 Tbspfinely chopped onion

2 Tbspfinely chopped green bell pepper

2 Tbspdiced pimento

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 dashsalt
-
1 dashred pepper (or hot sauce)

1 1/2 cchopped pecans
How To Make i love cheese cheese ball

1In large bowl shred cheddar cheese and use fork (or clean hands) to blend well with cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup pecans and all other ingredients.

2Refrigerate for about 30 minutes so cheese mixture will form better.

3Form into one large or two smaller balls and roll in pecan pieces.

4Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Better if refrigerated 24 to 48 hours prior to serving. Serve with crackers.
