Ingredients For i love cheese cheese ball

  • 8 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese (softened)
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced pimento
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 dash
    salt
  • 1 dash
    red pepper (or hot sauce)
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make i love cheese cheese ball

    In large bowl shred cheddar cheese and use fork (or clean hands) to blend well with cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup pecans and all other ingredients.

    Refrigerate for about 30 minutes so cheese mixture will form better.

    Form into one large or two smaller balls and roll in pecan pieces.

    Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Better if refrigerated 24 to 48 hours prior to serving. Serve with crackers.
