Another fabulous recipe from my Bunco group. You've got to try the gingersnaps with this. It's quirky, but so very tasty. This also tastes really good on wheat thins.

Ingredients For hot cranberry swiss dip

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 lb
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh orange juice
  • 4 1/4 Tbsp
    apple juice

How To Make hot cranberry swiss dip

  • 1
    Blend all the ingredients well together and put into an 8 or 9 inch round glass serving dish. Bake 15 minutes in a preheated 375? oven until hot and bubbly. Serve with gingersnaps.
