Ingredients For hot corn dip

  • 15 oz
    whole kernel corn drained
  • 8 oz
    chopped green chilies drained
  • 1/2 c
    diced red pepper &/or onion
  • 1 c
    white chedder cheese, grated
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise dressing
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make hot corn dip

  • 1
    Combine corn, chilies, red pepper, cheeses, mayonnaise into a deep dish or pie plate.

    Optional: 2 T jalapenos

    Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips
