Ingredients For holiday cheese ball

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 16 oz
    shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    sliced roasted beef from deli, chopped up
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
    diced green onions (about 3 stalks)

How To Make holiday cheese ball

  • 1
    Mix softened cream cheese with green onion, half shredded cheese, worcestershire sauce and chopped up deli roast beef slices.

    Set in fridge for about half an hour, then remove and form into ball. Roll ball in remaining cheese and wrap or cover return to fridge until firm.

    Set out with club crackers or your cracker of choice when ready to serve as appetizer or snack.
