I've recently discovered Sharp Cheddar flavored Velveeta cheese. Because Velveeta melts nicely I do believe it has a place in the kitchen. I recently concocted this dip and I've found nobody can eat just one helping. It is flavorful and creamy, but also has a bit of kick. Need more kick? Amp up the spices. I also have discovered leftovers can be stored and reheated nicely.
