My friends and family love these, they are fast and easy to make, and can be made days before and stored in the fridge. I prefer Claussen Pickles for this recipe, and the new Hot & Spicy ones they have are great for these, too.

Ingredients For ham & pickle appetizers

  • 1 lb
    deli ham slices (thick sliced)
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1 (24 oz) jar
    pickle spears (the crunchier, the better)

How To Make ham & pickle appetizers

    Pat ham slices dry with paper towels.

    Spread ham slices with a generous layer of cream cheese each.

    Top each slice with a pickle spear, roll-up. (Place 4 - 6 toothpicks in roll to hold in place)

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut each into 4 - 6 pieces. Serve chilled.
