Great recipe for using up left over ham. Can make and freeze for future use.

Ingredients For ham and cheese ball

  • 1/4 c
    minced onion
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 lb
    left over ham
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar

How To Make ham and cheese ball

  • 1
    mince onion, garlic and ham in a food processor.
  • 2
    Add cream cheese and Worcestershire. Mix until smooth.
  • 3
    Put into large bowl then add shredded cheese. Mix by hand until evenly combined.

    Shape into one large ball or two smaller ones. Wrap in plastic wrap until serving or freeze for future use.
