Ingredients For ham and cheese ball

1/4 cminced onion

1 cloveminced garlic

1/2 lbleft over ham

8 ozcream cheese

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 cshredded cheddar
How To Make ham and cheese ball

1mince onion, garlic and ham in a food processor.

2Add cream cheese and Worcestershire. Mix until smooth.

3Put into large bowl then add shredded cheese. Mix by hand until evenly combined.

4Shape into one large ball or two smaller ones. Wrap in plastic wrap until serving or freeze for future use.
