Ingredients For green chile cheese ball

  • (2) 4 oz cans small cans diced green chilies, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (tabasco)
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 2 - 8 oz packages softened cream cheese
  • 1 -16 oz package shredded sharp cheese
  • paprika - (optional)

How To Make green chile cheese ball

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use a rubber spatula to form a ball. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until the texture has firmed up slightly. Roll in paprika or nuts if desired. This makes 1 large or 2 medium cheese balls.
