I have made this a few time before for my monthly gals luncheon. It was a bit hit 7 never any leftovers every time.

Ingredients For gouda good cheese logs

1 jarphilly cream cheese, soften

2 cshredded gouda cheese
-
1/4 cchives, fresh & chopped
-
1/4 csun dried tomatoes, drained & sliced
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 cparsley,fresh & chopped

1 pkgassorted crackers
How To Make gouda good cheese logs

1First in a medium bowl mix the cream cheese & Gouda cheese until well blended. Then stir in the chives, tomatoes & garlic powder. Then shape mixture into 2 small logs or 1 large ball. Then roll in the parsley.

2Then wrap in plastic wrap & refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Then serve with the crakers.
