Ingredients For goat cheese and fig canapes

  • 30
    mini pillo shells
  • 4 oz
    crumbled goat cheese
  • 3 oz
    fig preserve with or without ginger

How To Make goat cheese and fig canapes

    Defrost the mini shells for 10 minutes at room temperature. Make sure fig preserve is at room temperature. Crumble the cheese until almost fine with a fork.

    Place 1/2 teaspooon goat cheese in the bottom of each cup. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of the preserve. Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top and serve.

    If you are going to serve right away you can pop them under the broiler for just a few seconds until the cheese turns golden. Serve immediately.
