Ingredients For garlic bread pizza

1loaf french bread

6 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 stickbutter - cut into 4 - 2 tablespoons portions
-
1 jarpizza sauce ( 14 ounce ) i used classico fire roasted sauce
-
1/2 Tbspitalian seasoning, plus more for sprinkling on top bread
-
1/2 - 1 tspgarlic powder
-
8 sliceprovolone cheese
-
8 slicemozzarella cheese
-
24 slicepepperoni
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make garlic bread pizza

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

2Cut loaf of bread into 6 inch rectangles, then each in half lengthwise.

3Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and add 1/4 of the minced garlic. Place 2 pieces of bread at a time face down in the skillet, swirling it to soak up the butter and garlic. Allow bread to toast in the skillet, removing garlic if it starts to get too brown. Repeat the steps until all bread is toasted.

4In a bowl, stir together pizza sauce, italian seasonings, and garlic powder.

5Place the toasted bread on a large sheet pan. Liberally spread pizza sauce on each piece of toasted bread.

6Place a slice of each cheese on each piece of bread; over hanging the bread just a bit. This is so it melts over the edges. Sprinkle each piece with more seasoning.

7Add three pieces of pepperoni to each slice. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Season with additional salt and pepper or for some added heat, add red pepper flakes.

8This bread is so, so good. My kids like it better than pizza. Enjoy!!
