I wanted to make a recipe for southern grits and one of the ingredients was "garlic cheese roll". When I checked the internet, I couldn't believe how many people were bemoaning the fact that Kraft no longer was making this important ingredient for lots of southern dishes!! As a kid, we'd take a cheese roll and a box of Triscuits when we went on a road trip. Yum! This is an attempt to replicate the original.

Let cheeses sit out to soften, then mix all together well.
  • 3
Shape into four rolls and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Cover each roll in foil.
