Ingredients For french baked shrimps ramequins

1 lbcooked small shrimps

1/2 cgruyere cheese grated

1/2 cemmental cheese grated

1/2 cswiss cheese

1 cmayonnaise

1 cwhite wine
-
6 clovegarlic

1 pinchfreshly grated nutmeg

1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1 tspsalt
How To Make french baked shrimps ramequins

1Preheat the oven at 325 degreed F

2Combine all of the ingredients except the shrimps in a large saucepan and cook over low medium heat stirring until cheeses are thoroughly melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in shrimps. Pour mixture into ramequins. Spread grated cheese on top of each ramequins.

3Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and the top is golden brown.

4Serve it with FRENCH CROUSTADES.
