Holding each pice of ham in your hand, gently spread the mixture on one side of the ham slice. Spread evenly on entire ham slice leaving edges free of ixture. More in the middle, less around edges. Lay on flat surface and start rolling up ham tighly. Repeat until all slices have been done. (I usually wrap my pile in plastic wrap and place in the freezer until frozen slightly.

When ready to serve remove from freezer or fridge. Using a sharp knife slice in pinwheels. Lay on a serving platter and serve with crackers or garnish however you like. Enjoy! (Tips - you may also make your mixture and refrigerate for a couple of days before applying to ham.) If you do not prefer to put in freezer a couple of hours place in fridge until well chilled. They will firm up enough for easier slicing. If they are rolled tight enough you can slice immedately easily after making.
