Excellent flavored cheese ball. Great for holiday or anytime. These can been made ahead and frozen. (Thaw before rolling in chopped pecan mix)

Ingredients For drema's dried-beef cheese ball

2 pkgcream cheese, softened (8oz ea)

1 jardried beef, large jar

2 tspaccent seasonings *

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 cpecans, chopped finely
How To Make drema's dried-beef cheese ball

1Using a mini chopper or food processor, chope dried beef until coarse ground. Place chopped pecans in a separate bowl. Set aside.

2Place dried beef, cream cheese and all remaining ingredients except pecans in medium mixing bowl. Mix well with hands. Form 2 balls.

3Roll balls in finely ground pecans. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap till ready to serve. Great with most any type of crackers or crisp flatbreads! Enjoy!
