An old round tin makes an ideal container for this sweetly spiced dip. Place the spread on a plate and position the plate inside a tissue paper lined tin.

Ingredients For curry almond cheese spread

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature (8oz each)
  • 1 jar
    mango chutney (9oz jar)
  • 1 c
    almonds, slivered,toasted
  • 1 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • toasted slivered almonds
  • fresh cranberries for garnish

How To Make curry almond cheese spread

  • 1
    Process cream cheese,chutney,almonds,curry powder and mustard in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill 1 hour.

    Shape the mixture into a round. Chill until ready to serve or up to 4 days. Sprinkle with almonds. Garnish with cranberries.
