These creamy spinach bacon crostini are an easy appetizer everyone will love. Slices of French bread are slightly toasted and crunchy. On top is a mixture of cream cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, seasonings, and spinach. Then, they're sprinkled with chopped pecans. Once baked, the topping gets creamy and the smoky bacon flavor shines.
