Ingredients For creamy spinach bacon crostini

1 lgloaf of French bread

8 ozsoftened cream cheese

3 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled

1/4 cmayonaise

1 tspminced garlic

1/4 tspground black pepper

10 ozfrozen spinach thawed, squeeze all water out

1 cgrated Monterey Jack cheese

1/3 cchopped pecans
How To Make creamy spinach bacon crostini

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the bread at an angle. Lay slices on a sheet pan.

2Place in the preheated oven for 5 - 8 minutes to crisp the bread. Set aside.

3In a bowl mix cream cheese, bacon, mayo, garlic, and black pepper until smooth.

4Add in the spinach and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well.

5Spread the spinach and cheese mixture over the toasted bread. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

6Place in the preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
