Ingredients For creamy spinach bacon crostini

  • 1 lg
    loaf of French bread
  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 3 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 c
    mayonaise
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 10 oz
    frozen spinach thawed, squeeze all water out
  • 1 c
    grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/3 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make creamy spinach bacon crostini

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the bread at an angle. Lay slices on a sheet pan.

    Place in the preheated oven for 5 - 8 minutes to crisp the bread. Set aside.

    In a bowl mix cream cheese, bacon, mayo, garlic, and black pepper until smooth.

    Add in the spinach and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well.

    Spread the spinach and cheese mixture over the toasted bread. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

    Place in the preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
