Ingredients For cream cheese tortilla rolls

4 ozspreadable chive and onion cream cheese

4 1/2 ozmarinated artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped

4 ozdiced pimentos, drained

2flour tortillas, 8 or 10 inch size (try a flavored one like sun dried tomato)

6 ozdeli ham sandwich meat, thinly sliced

4 ozprovolone cheese, thinly sliced
How To Make cream cheese tortilla rolls

1In a bowl, combine cream cheese, artichokes and pimentos; mix well. Spread mixture on one side of tortilla.

2Layer each tortilla with ham and cheese. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

3Slice into 1 inch pieces. Serve.
