With a few simple ingredients, this makes a delicious spread. It's always a big hit when served. My mom used to make this, and I have no idea where she got the recipe. BUT IT'S A KEEPER !!!

Ingredients For mom's cucumber cream cheese spread

  • 3
    green onions, white part only
  • 1/2 c
    cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt

How To Make mom's cucumber cream cheese spread

    Finely chop cucumber, and the white part of the green onions.

    Beat all ingredients on medium speed until smooth.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours so flavors can work their magic!

    Serve on your favorite cracker or chip! Also delicious on party ryes :) (my favorite) Enjoy!!! This is yummy!
