This queso is yummy! If you like it spicier, add chopped jalapeno peppers to the beef when browning it.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Creamy and chunky with a touch of spice, this recipe takes queso to the next level. The dip is filled with ground beef, beans, corn, tomatoes, spices, and cheese. Once the ground beef is browned, everything simmers in the slow cooker until the cheese is melted. Very hearty, this will satisfy everyone on game day.
