I clipped this out of a magazine a while back. I am putting together all my recipes in a 3 ring binder. We made it last night for my 50th birthday celebration. It was amazing. The picture doesn't give it justice...

How To Make cousin rhonda's baked brie
-
1In medium bowl, whisk the jam, brown sugar and honey.
-
2Slice off top of brie rind. With a knife or spoon, dig a wide hole in the cheese, leaving about 1 inch around the sides and 1/2 inch on the bottom. Save the removed cheese.
-
3Fill the hole with half of the jam mixture, then place the removed cheese on top. Pour remaining jam on top and cover with pecans.
-
4Preheat oven to 375F. Place brie in a pie plate, covered loosely with foil. Bake until cheese starts melting about 20 minutes. Remove foil for a few minutes so pecans get a bit toasted. Serve with a knife and crackers.
