I take a platter of these to parties and potlucks and always come home with an empty plate! They are always a great hit.

Ingredients For confetti party pinwheels

2 pkglite cream cheese

1 bunchgreen onions, finely chopped, tops included

1 Tbspjalepeno slices, diced

2 Tbspchopped olives

1 Tbsppimientos

2green tortilla wraps (garden spinach herb)
How To Make confetti party pinwheels

1Place softened cream cheese into mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to a thick creamy consistancy. If necessary, microwave 10 seconds at a time until it becomes "stir-able."

2Once softened, add chopped ingredients: green onion, jalepenos, olives and pimientos. Stir until well-blended. (*Adjust jalepenos to taste.)

3Divide mixture in half, and spread each half onto one tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap with Saran Wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight.

4Before serving, remove chilled rolled tortillas from refrigerator, unwrap and slice into 3/4" slices. Arrange on platter and serve. Oh-so pretty! And scrumptious to boot!
