I take this to every function/holiday. They always come back for more. You can even use cake pan shapes to make things more festive. I hope everyone likes it.

Ingredients For chicken cheeseball

2 8oz pkgcream cheese (at room temperature)

1/2 cchopped pecans

dashgarlic salt

1 lgcan chunk chicken
How To Make chicken cheeseball

1Drain all water from chicken and pour into bowl. Separate with fork. Add in cream cheese and garlic. Mix with mixer. Add the chopped pecans. Place in a round bottom bowl lined with plastic wrap. Chill in fridge to firm up.

2To serve, unwrap from plastic and invert onto serving tray. Use sturdy crackers. Enjoy.
