You all know by now that my husband got laid off from the sugar beet factory this summer so I need all the cheap recpies I can get. Espesially because he eats like a horse! LOL!!!

Ingredients For cheezball-on-a-budget

  • 1 8-ounce pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick
    margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp
    instant bouillon (chicken or beef, your choice)
  • pinch
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c
    crushed pretzels (or what-have-you! feel free to sub crushed tortilla chips, cracker crumbs, etc.)

How To Make cheezball-on-a-budget

  • 1
    Mix together the cream cheese and margarine until well combined. Add the bouillon (we like beef) and salt and pepper to taste. Roll in pretzel crumbs. (Everyone thinks they are chopped pecans - LOL!) Serve with assorted crackers.
