1/2 csoftened goat cheese( chevre)

1 Tbspfinely chopped fresh italian parsley

1/2 tsplemon zest, grated

1/4 tspkosher salt

1 pinchfreshly ground black pepper to taste

1 Tbspchopped black olives
How To Make cheesy olive- parsley spread

1Combine all ingredients ,except olives, in a small bowl and stir to blend. Add olives and stir until mixed in. Spread on roasted beets or cucumber slices ,on celery or crackers or whatever you fancy.
