Ingredients For cheesy jalapeño poppers

  • 15
    jalapeño peppers
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    red bell pepper, chopped

How To Make cheesy jalapeño poppers

    Prepare Jalapeños: if you have a popper holder then slice tops off; remove seeds. Otherwise, slice peppers in half length-wise and remove seeds.

    Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.

    Fill each pepper with cheese mixture. Place in popper holder or on grill on medium heat.

    Grill 10-15 minutes or until pepper skin is turning dark.
