As soon as I saw this picture I knew I had to make these little bombs of cheesy garlicky goodness! I was not disappointed. These little nuggets of yumminess are really easy to make, yet pack a powerful punch with lots of cheese (mozzarella and parmesan), fresh garlic, and spices. Unless you are home alone when you make these tasty bites, you had better double the recipe. You will want to hide in the pantry and eat them all by yourself! Wonderful served with a marinara sauce for dipping. This recipe is adapted from 12tomatoes.com and photo is credit to 12tomatoes.com.
