Blue Ribbon Recipe

More cheese, please! The wonderful flavor of Monterey Jack cheese plays a big part in making these cheese triangles taste so good. Buttery and flaky, these little pillows are filled with cheese. Adding an egg helps give the filling a rich flavor. An easy-to-make appetizer for any occasion.
