Ingredients For cheese triangles

1 cMonterey Jack cheese, grated

2 lgeggs, beaten

1/2 cparsley, chopped

1 tspsalt

10phyllo pastry sheets

1 cunsalted butter, melted
How To Make cheese triangles

1Combine cheese, eggs, parsley, and salt. Mix well.

2Cut each sheet of phyllo dough in half, working with one sheet at a time. Keep the rest of the pastry covered with a damp towel until ready to use. Brush with butter. Fold each half twice vertically to form a narrow strip.

3Place about 1 Tbsp cheese mixture at one end of each strip. Fold one corner across the filling to form a triangle. Brush with more butter.

4Continue folding in triangles, flag-style, and brushing with butter.

5Place triangles on baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
