This is a quick and easy appetizer that is great for parties. The topping can be made up to 3 days ahead, which is wonderful when you're short on time. Oh... and they taste great too! You can use different types of cheese, such as Colby Jack.

These cheese toasties make a great appetizer, but they'd also be great with lasagna or a bowl of pasta. We loved the seasonings with the green onions. It's a super simple appetizer if you have last-minute company or don't want to spend much time in the kitchen.
