Ingredients For cheese mold ring with strawberry preserves

  • 1 lb
    bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
  • 1 lb
    grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch
    green onions chopped (white and green stems)
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 c
    mayonaise (do not use salad dressing)
  • 1 jar
    strawberry preserves

How To Make cheese mold ring with strawberry preserves

  • 1
    Mix first five ingredients,mix well and put in a sprayed mold to chill. After ring is chilled,turn out on platter and put some perserves on top of ring and the rest in the middle.
