Easy-Peasy recipe for cheese crackers. Great with soups or as an appetizer by themselves.

Ingredients For cheese crackers

  • 1 1/4 c
    peccorino-romano cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 stick
    butter, unsalted, softened
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 c
    all-purpose flour

How To Make cheese crackers

  • 1
    Blend together first 4 ingredients. Gradually stir in the flour.
  • 2
    Scoup by tablespoonfuls. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
