cheese balls

I love cheese and the more cheese the better. These cheese balls are loaded with some amazing cheese and the horseradish makes them pop. They also freeze very well.

How To Make cheese balls
-
1In a large bowl, combine the cheeses, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powder. Shape into two balls. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
-
2Toast your nuts, cool.
-
3Combine the nuts, if you did not toast them together; press the nuts into your two cheese balls. I usually put the nuts in a large bowl and then I roll the cheese ball around pressing to make sure it is completely covered.
-
4If you freeze a cheese ball for later, remove it from the freezer one hour before serving.
