This recipe was shared with me by a co-worker in 1972. Do not let the addition of beer discourage you from making this as it is very creamy and quite tasty.

1/2 cbutter (do not substitute)

16 ozcream cheese, softened

1/3 cbeer (any kind but not light)

1/2 tspdry mustard

1/2 tsphorseradish

1/2 tspcaraway seeds

1 smonion, chopped in small pieces

1Mix all ingredients well and form into two balls and roll in parsley flakes. Chill
