Ingredients For cheese ball - steph

  • 1/2 c
    butter (do not substitute)
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c
    beer (any kind but not light)
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp
    caraway seeds
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped in small pieces

    Mix all ingredients well and form into two balls and roll in parsley flakes. Chill
