Ingredients For cheese ball bites

  • 8 slice
    bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
    each garlic powder, and paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    each fresh chives chopped and pecans finely chopped
  • 10
    pretzel rods broken in half

How To Make cheese ball bites

  • 1
    Mix the bacon, chives, and pecans together and set aside.

    Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Roll into 20 balls. Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate until cold and set about 1 hours.

    Spread the bacon mixture out onto another cookie sheet. Roll the cheese balls in the bacon mixture. Place a pretzel rod in each ball. Store in fridge
