ths is a wonderful cheeseball and the nuts can be omitted and still taste great. the different mixes od cheese titalates the taste buds. We this ate this with Ritz, Club or Triscut crackers. Yum!

Ingredients For cheese ball

  • 4 oz
    bleu cheese
  • 5 oz
    old english cheese (2)
  • 8 oz
    philly cream cheese (2)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1 c
    pecans, in pieces

How To Make cheese ball

  • 1
    mix all ingredients
  • 2
    roll into balls and chill . if needed, chill a bit and then roll into a ball. keep in frig 'til ready to serve.
  • 3
    spread pecan pieces out and roll ball round in them, if desired. Can also be rolled in parsley.
