This was given to me by a great friend. I have made it several times and get alot of comments on how good it is.

Ingredients For cheese ball

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    onion diced fine
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper chopped
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple drained good
  • 2 Tbsp
    season salt
  • 3/4 c
    pecans chopped

How To Make cheese ball

  • 1
    Mix all together put in fridge for at least 2 hours. Then roll into ball, roll into pecans. Serve with crackers of your choice.
