I serve this spread on toast baguettes, but you can also use it as a dip for cut-up veggies.

Ingredients For cheese and honey spread

115 oz container low-fat ricotta cheese

6 ozcrumbled gorgonzola cheese

1/4 tspcrushed, dried thyme

1/8 tspcrushed, dried rosemary

1 Tbsppure honey

36 slicetoasted baguette bread

1 lgapple of choice, cored, sliced thin
How To Make cheese and honey spread

1Place ricotta cheese in lg bowl. Mix w/ mixer on medium speed for 2 mins. Stir in gorgonzola cheese, herbs and honey.

2Spoon mix into serving bowl. Cover, refrigerate 1 hr. Spread mix evenly onto bread slices. And top w/ apple slices.
