This appetizer is a little bit different than the usual, - it is tasty, and looks pretty on a buffet table! *Picture from Bing - I will post actual photo next time I make these!

Ingredients For celery balls appetizer

  • 1 c
    finely minced celery
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • couple dashes black pepper
  • couple dashes cayenne pepper
  • parsley, chopped

How To Make celery balls appetizer

  • 1
    Mix together well all ingredients except parsley. Form into small balls, then roll in parsley to coat. Serve on toothpicks.
