Ingredients For cathy"s bar cheese

  • 3 lb
    block of velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    mayonaise[only use mayo]
  • 8-12 oz
    horseradish
  • 1/3 c
    hot sauce[sis used tabasco]

How To Make cathy"s bar cheese

  • 1
    melt cheese in lg pan over low heat[cube cheese before puttin in pan]
  • 2
    add rest of ingrredients blend well
  • 3
    put in pint jars put in back of fridge will last at least 4 months
  • 4
    serve this with crackers or your fav veggies[my fav is on broccoli]
